Daniel Silberhorn is a Managing Supervisor at international network agency FleishmanHillard in Germany and has been a PR consultant for more than ten years. Having graduated from Erfurt university in 2003 and Manchester Metropolitan University with a Master’s degree in Public Relations in 2005, he supports national and international organizations in their communications effort in Germany and across borders with a focus on corporate communications, media relations, CSR, and crisis/issue communication.

Paolo Fedele is Associate Professor of Management at Udine University, Italy. He graduated in Law and holds a Master in Public Management from SDA Bocconi and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Management from Parma University. His research addresses interactive governance, stakeholder management and non-market strategies. He has been working for several governmental and civil society organizations in Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Kenya, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, as well as in Italy.
